Chicago, IL— Hispanic Executive, in collaboration with executive coach Angel Gomez, announces the launch of The Executive Leadership Intensive, a rigorous, highly interactive leadership development seminar for senior leaders taking place August 5–6 in New York City.

Designed for executives, vice presidents, senior directors, and high-potential leaders transitioning into enterprise leadership, this two-day, in-person experience focuses on strengthening the capabilities required at the executive level: strategic thinking, high-stakes decision-making, influence, feedback, emotional intelligence, and conflict management.

Exceptional individual contributors often struggle when transitioning into executive leadership. The Executive Leadership Intensive is designed to close that gap through applied frameworks, executive simulations, peer dialogue, and structured accountability.

Participation is limited to 15 leaders per cohort to preserve depth, rigor, and meaningful engagement.
